Please see the email below for important reminders.    Friendly reminder, holiday lights and decorations must be removed within (15) days after the holiday. If you have not already done so, please remove all holiday lights and decorations.   Thank you to everyone that joined in displaying holiday lights and decorations. There were many homes in the community that looked wonderful, and we are looking forward to seeing next year’s decorations!   Holiday Lighting and Decorations Temporary holiday lighting and decorations are permitted. They may be placed in the yard and on the house 30 days before the holiday and must be removed within fifteen (15) days after the holiday. Lighting and decorations must not be a nuisance to neighbors.

Morgan Pavement has been contracted to seal coat the asphalt of the Sycamore HOA Community.  Attached is the full flier for that work. The Work will begin on Thursday August 17 and conclude on Friday August 18.  The attached document shows that Thursday will cover the 37th Way cul-de-sac and Friday will cover the Sells Dr. area. Each area will be closed from 7am-7am on the respective days.  Please plan accordingly with your vehicles if you need to enter or exit the community on those days. Sycamore Homeowners: During the June 15, 2023 Board meeting, the results of the voting on the Proposed Amendment to Section 4.16 of the CC&Rs were announced.  The results of the vote were as follows:   10 homeowners voted Yes     1 homeowner Abstained     5 homeowners did not vote Section 11.3 of the CC&R’s requires the affirmative vote of Owners of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the Lots, which equates to a minimum of 11 Yes votes, to amend the CC&R’s. As such, the Proposed Amendment revision did not pass. The current CC&Rs will stay in place and will continue to be enforced.  This matter is eligible to be revoted in the future should enough interest be shown.
