Sycamore HOA Annual Election. Please see the attached ballot for the upcoming Sycamore HOA Election.  The current HOA Board is made up of Bob Zambie; Ingrid Haas; Michael Bridge; Jeffrey Packer; and Phillip Ludwig.  These volunteers are working hard to serve the Community and to keep it running well.  This election cycle there are three (3) seats up for a vote.  Bob and Ingrid are hoping to continue to serve on the board which will leave one open seat.   The ballots have the instructions and deadlines listed thereon.  Please take a few minutes and submitt your ballot for the Sycamore HOA Annual Meeting.  Thank you so much.   Chris Knudsen Community Manager, Heywood Management

  All Homeowners:   The Board is in the process of developing design standards for the installation of solar panels on homes in the Sycamore community and would like the feedback of homeowners in this process. Article 4.15 of the Sycamore CC&R's states that "No solar panels may be mounted, installed or maintained on the roof of any Residence so as to be Visible from Neighboring Property without the prior written approval of the Design Review Committee". However, Arizona Revised Statute 33-1816 states that "Notwithstanding any provision in the community documents, an association shall not prohibit the installation or use of a solar energy device as defined in section 44-1761. An association may adopt reasonable rules regarding the placement of a solar energy device if those rules do not prevent the installation, impair the functioning of the device or restrict its use or adversely affect the cost or efficiency of the device". We wish to adopt design guidelines compatible with our CC&R's and the Arizona Revised Statute. We currently have one request for the installation of solar panels from Sam Moeller, Lot 7. Please see the attached proposed Design Plan. Please note that the proposed design includes solar panels that will be visible from neighboring properties. We would like homeowner comments on the following: Are you in favor or opposed to solar panels that are on front-facing roofs that are Visible from Neighboring Properties? Are you in favor or opposed to solar panels that are on side-facing roofs that are Visible from Neighboring Properties? Any other comments with respect to the installation of solar panels? We would appreciate comments by no later than December 7, 2022 as our intent is to formulate guidelines at our next scheduled Board Meeting on December 8, 2022. Sycamore Homeowners It has been reported to us by some homeowners that animal feces has been found in front yards and in the common areas.  We would appreciate if all homeowners with pets take the time to clean up and deposit all feces in the trash, so we can maintain a sanitary community. Thanks very much.

Good morning, Street sweeping service will take place this Thursday, October 20h, around 9 AM. Please make sure that all vehicles are off the streets during the morning so they can clean the entire street. Thank you Heywood Community Management
