Sycamore HOA Meeting -  Thursday, July 14th @ 6:00pm - Virtual Meeting The call in information will be sent out in the next couple days.  We will be switching to the ZOOM platform for this months meeting to see if that works better for the Sycamore HOA Call.  Keep an eye out for that email and post.  

Sycamore Homeowners, Thursday July 14th we will have the streets swept.  Please be sure to have your vehicles up in the driveways and off of the roadways for that day.  We will plan on sweeping the roadways on the 2nd Thursday of every 3 months (July, October, January & April) and will advise if we need to deviate from this schedule. Sycamore Home Owners Special Assessment Meeting This is the Final Call for your Special Assessment Votes.  The letter and ballot are attached to this email in case you need it.  All votes, if voting electronically or by proxy, must be submitted to chris@heywoodmanagement.com  by tomorrow February 22 by 5:00pm.   The meeting will be held virtually at 6:00pm on February 22, 2022 where the ballots will be counted and all in person votes will be tallied.  If you are able to attend virtually, you may vote live at the meeting.  The call-in information is below.
